Refund policy

 

Items designated as Mugs/Cups are considered personal goods. Certain types of items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as mugs/cups) cannot be returned. In order to provide you with an outstanding customer experience. Even though Mugs/Cups are not accepted, please contact us if you have a problem with your order.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Regular Stock Items

Items designated as regular "stock"  items may be returned subject to the following:

If you are not satisfied with a stock item you purchased on scoochiepoe.com you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way can not be returned. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

To start a return, you can contact us at scopotm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Defective Items 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged or is defective, please email a picture of the item in order for us to send you a return label for the product that was damaged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the original price you paid minus the shipping charges will be credited back to your account AFTER we receive the item back and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met. All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
